FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How secure is Dollaroodle?

Connections to Dollaroodle are encrypted, and only invited members of your household can access that Monthly Plan.

Can I enable two-factor authentication (2FA)?

Yes. You can enable 2FA in account settings and store recovery codes for backup access.

Does Dollaroodle connect directly to my bank accounts?

No. Dollaroodle does not connect to banks. You type the Monthly Plan — incomes, expenses, taxes, and goals. Connected accounts in settings means Google or Microsoft sign-in only.

Who can see my Monthly Plan data?

Only members in your household workspace can access that household data. Owners manage invites and membership.

Do you sell personal data?

No. We do not sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Where can I review legal and security details?

Use the Security, Privacy, and Terms pages linked in this Help Center. They stay public.

How do I report a security issue?

Email [email protected] with details and reproduction steps. Avoid public disclosure until we have time to investigate.

What happens when I delete my account?

You can request deletion from profile settings. We process deletion and retain only what legal, billing, or security obligations require.

Does Dollaroodle track bank transactions?

No. Dollaroodle is plan-only. It helps your household agree on expected income, expenses, taxes, and goals. Use your bank or other tools for actuals.

Can I use Dollaroodle with a partner or family?

Yes. Households support shared budgeting with invites, membership management, and one shared plan view.

How can I get support faster?

Email [email protected] with household context, the page you are on, and what you expected.
