FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How secure is Dollaroodle?

Connections to Dollaroodle are encrypted, and only invited members of your household can access that household budget.

Can I enable two-factor authentication (2FA)?

Yes. You can enable 2FA in account settings and store recovery codes for backup access.

Does Dollaroodle connect directly to my bank accounts?

No. Dollaroodle is a clarity-first planner where you control what data is entered, instead of relying on automatic bank-feed imports.

Who can see my household budget data?

Only members in your household workspace can access that household data. Household invites and membership controls are managed by owners.

Do you sell personal data?

No. We do not sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Where can I review legal and security details?

Use the Security, Privacy, and Terms pages linked in this Help Center. They are kept public and easy to revisit any time.

How do I report a security issue?

Email [email protected] with details and reproduction steps. Please avoid public disclosure until we have time to investigate.

Does Master Oodle train on my conversations?

No. Conversations are used to provide assistant responses and continuity, but are not used to train AI models.

What happens when I delete my account?

You can request deletion from profile settings. We process deletion and retain only what is required for legal, billing, or security obligations.

How often should we run reconciliations?

Monthly is the standard cadence. A consistent month-end review improves trend visibility and keeps your plan realistic.

Can I use Dollaroodle with a partner or family?

Yes. Households are built for shared budgeting with invites, membership management, and a shared planning view.

How can I get support faster?

Include your household context, the page you are on, and what you expected to happen when contacting support.
