Security controls we use

• Encryption in transit using HTTPS/TLS for requests between your device and Dollaroodle.
• Application-level encryption for sensitive financial amount fields at rest.
• Password hashing and account authentication safeguards.
• Optional two-factor authentication (2FA) for stronger sign in protection.
• Payment processing handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers in Dollaroodle.

Access and operational safeguards

• Production access is limited to authorized personnel.
• We monitor service health and investigate suspicious behavior or reliability anomalies.
• We maintain backups and recovery procedures to support continuity.

Your role in account security

• Use a long, unique password stored in a password manager.
• Enable 2FA and safely store recovery codes.
• Keep your email account secured, since it is used for verification and recovery workflows.
