Subscriptions and billing

Dollaroodle is a paid subscription service. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. All sales and subscriptions are final as described in our refund policy.

Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your account and use of the service, such as account confirmations, security alerts, billing receipts, and household invitations. Transactional emails are required for the operation of your account and cannot be fully disabled while your account is active.

You may also opt in to receive product update emails, including new features, tips, and product news. You can subscribe or unsubscribe from product updates at any time from your notification settings.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Dollaroodle, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with service operations.

AI-powered assistant

Dollaroodle includes Master Oodle, an AI-powered assistant to help you understand your finances. By using this feature, you acknowledge:

• Master Oodle provides general guidance and is not a substitute for professional financial, tax, or legal advice.
• AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Always verify important financial decisions independently.
• Usage is subject to rate limits based on your subscription tier. Guests and free users have limited access.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide to the assistant.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may cancel at any time via billing settings.

Disclaimers

Dollaroodle provides budgeting tools and does not offer financial, tax, or legal advice. The service is provided "as is" without warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modoterra Corporation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Arbitration and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association in Newark, Delaware, with a 30-day opt-out window after acceptance.

Changes to these Terms
